Welcome message to all Delegates

Dear Distinguished Delegates,

Welcome to the second convening of the Higher Education eLearning Technologies International Conference (HiETeC-2024). As your conference secretariat we are looking forward to meeting, hearing and learning from each other on how to transform higher education delivery through contextualized and evidence-based use of existing and emerging disruptive technologies. This auspicious convention is being organized and cohosted by the Daystar University and the Amref International University from 21st to 23rd February 2024. Notably, the space of e-Learning technologies is being actively embraced in developing countries, which means we have lessons to learn and wisdom to gain from each other!

Our mission as the secretariat to the hybrid convening is to provide all in attendance with the most informative and entertaining experience possible. To achieve this goal, we have assembled a roster of authoritative speakers who represent the best and brightest in their fields. The selected keynote speakers have committed to elevating our knowledge to help us reach our full potential.

In addition to the keynote speakers, our conference agenda shall also feature expert advice and cutting-edge research presentations that will help us better understand the dynamics of disruptive e-Learning technologies. The agenda also includes webinar and reflective plenary sessions. Given the multinational audience in the conference, you are also being advised to take advantage of the opportunity and network with other leaders in the field as much as possible. During break times you are also encouraged to visit our physical and virtual booths to learn more from the various products and innovative solutions on display .
